Inclusion you can feel.

We’re committed to creating an environment where people can contribute at their full potential. Through inclusion initiatives and colleague affinity groups, we work to strengthen belonging, leadership, and opportunity across the organization.

Life here in action.

Community and service:
a culture of giving.

Service is part of our operating model. Each year, colleagues come together through Convergint Social Responsibility Day to support local communities and help strengthen safety where it’s needed most.

Fun & Laughter
(yes, it’s real!).

We believe great teams do great work, and they enjoy the people they do it with. Convergint’s Fun & Laughter Day reflects that commitment, with dedicated time off and support to do something that genuinely recharges you.

Benefits that support balanced lives.

Benefits vary by region and role, but the intent is consistent: support the whole person with programs that help you stay well, plan ahead, and take time when it matters.
