Driven by purpose.
Guided by values.

Our Values & Beliefs are the foundation of everything we do.

They guide how we treat our customers, our colleagues, and our communities. Social Responsibility Day is one part of how we live those values, together.

How we lead.

Our work is rooted in a commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive, and more sustainable world—for our customers, partners, and communities. At Convergint, service is a daily responsibility, guided by clear Values and Beliefs that define how we lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Values & Beliefs

Where our culture begins.

Our Values and Beliefs guide every decision, every interaction, and every commitment we make. They shape how we show up for customers, colleagues, and communities, and they define what it means to be part of Convergint.

Download our full Values & Beliefs

We expect to be our customers’ best service provider.

Service is our promise. We take ownership of every detail and work with urgency, accountability, and care. Being the best doesn’t mean being the biggest. It means showing up consistently, solving problems quickly, and earning trust at every step.

We deliver results.

Our customers depend on us to protect people, assets, and operations. We take that responsibility seriously. We do what we say we’ll do, we stay until the job is done, and we measure success by the outcomes we create, not the hours we spend.

We believe in balanced lives.

People do their best work when they can show up as whole people. We support balance - at work, at home, and in the moments that matter most. When our colleagues thrive, our customers and communities do too.

We embrace a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.

We create spaces where every colleague feels respected, supported, and able to contribute. Safety, inclusion, and wellbeing are built into how we work, how we lead, and how we show up for one another every day.

We promote fun and laughter on a daily basis.

Connection strengthens our culture. Laughter builds trust. We believe great work and great relationships go hand in hand. It’s how we celebrate wins, overcome challenges, and stay grounded in who we are.

How our values come to life.

People first mindset.

We lead with empathy and respect, whether we’re supporting a customer, mentoring a colleague, or volunteering in our communities.

Local expertise, global strength.

With teams across the world, we pair global capabilities with local service. Our values anchor that consistency and ensure every customer receives the same commitment to quality and care.

A culture built on trust.

We step up for one another. We build long-standing relationships, not because it’s expected, but because it’s who we are.

A shared purpose.

Our values reflect more than how we work. They reflect why we work: to protect what matters most and to make a meaningful difference in every place we serve.

Social Responsibility

A culture of service with a commitment to community.

Service is more than what we do, it’s who we are. Our culture is built on giving back to the communities where we live and work, uniting thousands of colleagues around a shared purpose: to make a daily difference in people’s lives.

Together, we make a world of difference.

From supporting local schools and veterans to advancing inclusion and sustainability worldwide, we believe our success is measured by the impact we have on others.

We call it Convergint Cares, a promise that our people, partnerships, and purpose will always extend beyond business.

Service today.
Sustainability tomorrow.

Our global day of service is just one part of a larger promise to build a safer, smarter, and more sustainable world for future generations.
